With our key switch boxes, only one key is needed to access all doors, awnings, burglar bars, alarm systems, etcetera, in a building.

The key-operated switch boxes were developed by Aluseal for users who do not want to keep track of various keys for different locks.

Door coordinators for double-leaf door sets.

The active door-leaf is prevented from closing by the lock-head of the coordinator.
The passive door-leaf closes first and the coordinator releases the active door-leaf so both door-leaves are closed in the correct order.

Active door-leaf:  the door-leaf normally used for passage
Passive door-leaf:  the door-leaf normally not used for passage

Magnetic fire door holders. As their names indicate, these door-holders operate using a magnet, which holds the door open. In the event of a fire, the magnet is released and the door closes.

Available in two models, with or without a manual release button.
