This Policy applies to all ROCA entities and employees.

To achieve this, we shall:

• Standardize, audit, and continuously improve our quality management system, business processes, and services.
• Provide a framework for establishing, achieving, and reviewing quality objectives.
• Encourage and support our suppliers and subcontractors to adopt the same quality principles as ROCA.
